Mike is a Chartered Building Surveyor who has practised in Kent and East Sussex for his entire career on an independent basis. Mike was born and grew up in Chislehurst, practising in and around the Bromley area for many years before relocating to Kent.

Mike has a particular interest in older / traditional buildings so is able to provide specialist / balanced advice on traditional and Listed buildings. This experience has provided him with an even greater insight into more modern, less complex properties which remains the mainstay of the surveys he is asked to undertake.
